General terms:

• Weekly rent is from saturday to saturday. Ie week 40 is from saturday week 39 to saturday week 40.

• The house is at your disposal from 16 p.m. on the arrival day, and has to be left at 10 a.m. on the departure day.

• The deposit has to be paid at reservation. The house is not booked until the deposit has been paid.

• Full rent has to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival to the apartment/villa.

• The deposit is being returned, when the key is received, and when the apartment has been approved by the janitor.

• You have to bring towels and sheets yourself. Make sure you have informed, how many people you will be. 

Special terms for Markvej:

• Weekly rent is from sunday to sunday. Ie week 40 is from sunday week 39 to sunday week 40.

• Weekendrenting is only possible during season C & D, where the price is weekly price - 10%.

Special terms for Spain:

• Sheets are available in the apartment.
